Wouldn’t you like to be part of the one opportunity to connect with English Language Program Administrators at the state and local levels from across the country? The National Association of English Learner Program Administrators (NAELPA) provides this unique chance to reach both SEA and LEA leaders. 

NAELPA is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization led by a volunteer executive board of staff from state education agencies (SEAs) and local education agencies (LEAs) with an advisory group of national EL experts. We work with states and districts through legislation, research, instruction, technical assistance, and other special projects supporting English learners.
