NAELPA Supports the National Seal of Biliteracy
50 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling supporting multilingual learners with Lau v. Nichols. Today, 50 years after Lau v. Nichols, every state in the union celebrates multilingual learners with the state Seal of Biliteracy! Let’s celebrate the bilingual America!
