The National Association of English Learner Program Administrators (NAELPA), which was formerly known as the National Council of State Title III Directors (NCSTIIID) is hosting its annual meeting on February 24-25, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV. The annual meeting is in conjunction with the annual National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE) Conference, and will be held concurrently with the pre-conference institutes. State and district educators and advocates for ELs are encouraged to attend.
The NAELPA is a 501(c) organization led by a volunteer executive board comprised of staff from state education agencies (SEAs) and local education agencies (LEAs) with an advisory group of national EL experts. Together, the board works with states and districts through legislation, research, instruction, technical assistance and other special projects supporting English learners. Additionally, the general membership serve important roles in NAELPA initiatives, through participation on committees and attendance at webinars and meetings.
We are soliciting sponsorship to assist with the success of the 2020 annual meeting. All sponsors must be involved in conducting work or producing materials to support quality instruction for ELs. The NAELPA is most appreciative of all levels of contributions that enhance the education of ELs. Sponsorships will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until we reach capacity.
